* How do I get started?

Start by answering a few questions to let us know about you, your location or next duty station, and the type of home you are interested in. We'll use those details to find you the best local and licensed real estate agent who has exactly the expertise you need. Your agent will be selected based on knowledge of the area, experience, performance, client reviews, and most importantly, knowledge of military home buying, PCS moves, and VA loan benefits.

 

*Is the service totally free?

PCS Cash Back is a free service for finding top real estate agents who are military-friendly. If you purchase a home with one of the agents we recommend, we receive a small referral fee from that real estate agent at no cost to you.

 

* What if I am not sure about the realtor you recommend?

You'll be able to personally speak with your agent match to ensure that they are the perfect agent for you.  If you are not happy with your agent, we will find you a replacement.

 

* What company will I be working with?

PCS Cash Back is a service that partners with local MRP certified real estate agents.  They are from top real estate brokerages including Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, RE/MAX, etc.

 

* How is this different from finding an agent on my own?

By working with us, we will be able to lock in your rebate prior to listing or searching for a home. And online information can be overwhelming.  Agents we recommend have been MRP certified, interviewed, and vetted, and adhere to strict professional and ethical standards required by PCS Cash Back.
